Deputy General Manager - Family entertainment centre, Bromley - 22k
Working for one of the leading family entertainment operators, where there is a great opportunity for career development. We are looking for a Deputy General Manager whose main responsibility will be to manage the F&B area.
The role of the Deputy General Manager is a completely multi-functional, fast paced and hands-on role with plenty of responsibility. Particular focus will be on food and beverage, driving brand standards, and customer service levels. You will help recruit, coach, develop and motivate a food and beverage team, and instil a positive and fun working environment.
To be considered for the Deputy General Manager post you will have at least 2-years leadership experience within a fast paced environment. You will have managed a food and beverage team before. You will be the type of manager who enjoys leading from the front and engaging with members, not a back office manager so an outgoing disposition and a passion for customer service is essential
