Leisure people is proud to announce the search for an exceptional Grill Chef de Partie for a modern quality steak restaurant located in the square mile of London.

This impressive business is well-known to its regular and loyal discerning clientele who enjoy "Quality seasonal ingredients from highly regarded producers" within a rustic but buzzing environment. Acclaimed by the critics for its awards for excellent service and food at high standard. The restaurant is open six days a week serving a la carte lunch and dinner menu with the largest selection of wines and champagnes in town.

Ideally looking for an enthusiastic, motivating and passionate junior sous chef to work in the main kitchen who will able to work within a small but loyal team to deliver and maintaining the high standard required.

Candidates must have previous experience at chef de partie level who would like to bring their passion and flair to the kitchen.
