We are an International group with 30 restaurants in the UK, and over 200 restaurants in 20 countries. Great food and creating a relaxed, comfortable guest experience is our passion.
Whenever we can, we work with producers to source organic, local ingredients, ensuring our breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and bakery items for retail sale, are of the highest quality. Originally from Belgium, our menu includes organic, artisan breads, fair trade coffees, organic wines and delicious salads and our famous tartines (traditional Belgium open sandwiches). Our restaurants are built with sustainability in mind and always include a communal table, encouraging a friendly, homely environment. Our ethos is all about good food that does good too!
We are looking for Kitchen Managers with strong leadership skills and previous experience to run our kitchens. You will support the General Manager and lead the team to deliver exceptional food and drink, which drives guests to return and tell others about their experience.
We are looking for Kitchen Managers who have:
•High volume casual dining kitchen experience as a kitchen manager or head chef
•Successfully lead teams of over 6, training, developing, motivating and coaching others, and build a family working climate where individuals can be their best self
•Branded Restaurant Kitchen Experience is a plus
•A standards driven approach, having delivered great audit and cost controls, whilst maintaining exceptional quality in food delivery
•A love of good, fresh, quality, organic food and desire to deliver exceptional guest experiences
•Level 3 FS, and H&S with a track record of exceptional FS and H&S standards
•You are willing to learn, and want to grow, some of our Kitchen Managers have progressed to General Manager and International roles.
