We are an International group with 30 restaurants in the UK, and over 200 restaurants in 20 countries. Great food and creating a relaxed, comfortable guest experience is our passion.

Whenever we can, we work with producers to source organic, local ingredients, ensuring our breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and bakery items for retail sale, are of the highest quality. Originally from Belgium, our menu includes organic, artisan breads, fair trade coffees, organic wines and delicious salads and our famous tartines (traditional Belgium open sandwiches). Our restaurants are built with sustainability in mind and always include a communal table, encouraging a friendly, homely environment. Our ethos is all about good food that does good too!

We are looking for FOH Managers with strong leadership skills and previous experience to work in our retail bakeries and restaurants. You will support the General Manager and lead the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience, which drives guests to return and tell others about their experience.

This is the job for you if you can:
•Successfully lead teams of over 6, training, developing, motivating and coaching others, and build a family working climate where individuals can be their best self
•Have branded restaurant management experience is a plus
•Can deliver through your team, warm, welcoming service where guests feel at home, appreciated, and recognised
•You are organised, have great communication skills and have the ability to drive sales on a daily basis
•Have a love of good, fresh, quality, organic food and desire to deliver exceptional guest experiences
•You are willing to learn, and want to grow, many of our FOH Managers have progressed to General Manager and International roles.
