Sous Chef

Lantana is looking for an awesome Sous Chef to join our London Bridge & Shoreditch teams; a 80 - 100 seater restaurant open every day for breakfast and lunch, all day brunch on the weekends and nights Wednesday - Saturday. This is for a salary of up to £35,000 per annum for up to 47.5 hours per week. Anything worked additional to this is paid as overtime.
