Treatments Therapist

Langdale Chase Hotel, which sits on the banks of beautiful Lake Windermere, is currently undergoing a full significant refurbishment of the hotel, ready for re-opening in Autumn 2023.

We are now looking for a Treatments Therapist to reporting to Head Therapist, to provide the best possible Treatment experience at all times to our guests during their visit to this beautiful property. We are looking for this role to start mid September 2023.

Your day to day;

• Ensuring a warm, friendly, and professional welcome is delivered to all guests at all times
• Meeting and greeting all guests using the Treatment facilities, with a specific focus on entry and departure
• Interacting with clients when appropriate throughout the course of their visit and promoting hotel activities
• Promoting secondary sales in all areas of the Treatment area and hotel
• Responsible for the cleanliness and presentation of the Treatment facilities to maintain our high levels of service and standards
• Ensuring that all treatments are delivered to exceptionally high standards through knowledgeable warm hospitality
• Ensuring that home care is recommended to clients after each treatment, upselling whenever possible our Spa Product House

Who are we looking for?

You will be qualified to NVQ level 3 or the equivalent in wellbeing and holistic therpay, or equivalent,ideally having worked in a high quality Four or Five hotel, or luxury spa enviornment. Ideally it would be beneficial to have a holistic qualification. You will have strong verbal communication skills, exemplary customer service skills and the ability to work well with others to represent the Company and the hotel in a loyal, professional, and knowledgeable manner.
