About the Job


As a Cardiac Rehab Instructor at Lampton Leisure, you will be responsible for providing a range of exercise assessments and delivering with support from the wider multidisciplinary team cardiac rehabilitation exercise sessions for patients following a recent cardiac event, cardiac procedure or with a diagnosis of heart failure. These exercise assessments and group therapy intervention will take place in a variety of community venues. Classes are based in and around the Borough of Hounslow. 


About you

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills and must be confident in working across professional boundaries to join our enthusiastic multi-disciplinary team. You will need to be flexible, innovative and a good team player with the ability to work as part of the multidisciplinary team within the community setting. 


You will be empathetic with a strong passion for building relationships, organised, professional, and compassionate with experienced in working across an organisation, interacting with a wide audience and influencing others. Employment will be subject to an enhanced DBS check & reference checks.
