Job Type: Full Time - 40 hours per week (working any 5 days out of 7 covering hours 06:00 - 22:00)

We are currently looking to add a Customer Relations Advisor to join our front of house team at Hanworth Leisure centre. This centre boasts; 25m 6 lane swimming pool, 12.5m Teaching Pool , Gym, 2 studios, café, Sauna, Steam Room, Soft Play and 4 outdoor 5 A side football pitches.

What is the job of a Customer Relations Advisor …

Reporting to the Retention Manager as a Customer Relations Advisor you will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service to our customers by helping with bookings, access to the centre and dealing with new and existing membership enquiries

• Ensure the efficient and effective operation of the reception area 
• Monitor and control entry to the Centre 
• Ensure all customer sales and bookings are managed correctly, assisting customers in their choices 
• Assist customers in weighing up their options, supporting the right choice of membership each individual customer 
• Positively and proactively drive retention, adhering to the Lampton group sales driving and reporting procedures 
• Manage Prospects and Swim School database and contribute towards lead generation in accordance with marketing planning, including outreach 
• Accurately undertake cash handling and reconciliation procedures and administrative duties, as required 
• Assist in the communication and promotion of the centre’s services, ensuring all information given is correct and up to date. 
• Ensure that the reception area is secure and maintained to the required standards of cleanliness and repair 
• Deal with complaints in a sensitive manner, promptly and politely in accordance with Company guidelines 

We are looking for someone that…

• Experience of working within a front of house or reception type role
• Experience of delivering first class customer service Excellent communication skills including the ability to influence and persuade
• Good computer skills ideally have experience of using a CRM / Booking software ideal
