Key Responsibilities:
- To maintain a safe and clean bar, reporting any issues to management
- To serve alcohol safely in a popular sports ground for evening trade and occasional night time functions
- To ensure correct payment received in exchange for beverages
- To cover evening and weekend shifts
Skills, Personal Style, & Behaviours:
- Customer service skills
- Active listening skills and a good memory for remembering different orders from different customers
- Calm demeanour to deal with demanding customers
- Previous bar work desirable
