The Role The ideal candidate must have enthusiasm and passion for customer focused service, attention to detail and a 'can do' attitude. Great communication skills are a must in order to work as part of a team and build rapport with our customer base. The candidate must display determination to develop skills and thrive in a busy bar environment. This role is full time , 5 days over7.

• Previous experience of working behind a bar
• Have flair, charisma, and charm with the ability to provide the highest levels of service to our customers.
• Be immaculately presented, attentive and proactive with the ability to respond quickly to needs of the customer and management team
• An excellent team player with exceptional communication skills

The Kings Arms Hotel boasts 13 individually styled bedrooms in the centre of Keswick.  A traditional coaching inn serving hotel residents, locals and tourists a variety of pub favourites as well as quirky, modern and seasonal dishes from breakfast, lunch and dinner.
