Ladbrokes Brand and Production Manager - GibraltarAbout The Role
The Ladbrokes Brand and Production Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the Ladbrokes Brand is faithfully represented across all channels and in all scenarios.
This will include the myriad of promotional activity through various media outlets including TV, Radio, National Press, Racing Post, Sponsored Events, Outdoor advertising...as well as ensuring the guidelines are followed on site, through digital, CRM, retail and social, delivering a consistent and powerful brand, both tonally and executionally.
Key Responsibilities Ensuring that the Ladbrokes Brand Team and the wider business are fully conversant with and fully immersed in all elements of the Ladbrokes Brand Accountable for bringing new starters into the Ladbrokes brand world and ensuring that existing colleagues are given periodic refreshers on creative execution and tone of voice Acting as a gatekeeper between planning and creative execution to ensure that all outputs are on brand from a creative and tonal perspective, including appropriate use of imagery, fonts, typography and tone of voice Working closely with the creative department as owner of the current Ladbrokes Brand Guidelines and Tone of Voice, ensuring that we remain true to our core principles in all outputs Responsible for the development of a suite of video content and associated dynamic assets to ensure that our CRM execution is always underpinned with the most relevant and engaging expressions of our product and feature portfolio Responsible for ensuring the right content is delivered by the advertising teams, day to day. This will involve gathering information from Trading, producing briefs for internal & external agencies, managing workflow & approval process to ensure the daily promotions are advertised Responsible for the planning, organisation and delivery of creative assets around the various Ladbrokes sponsored events including Horseracing, Darts, Snooker etc. to effectively communicate the Ladbrokes brand to maximise TV & Print exposure Key contributor to development of brand and campaign planning to maximise the commercial opportunities presented in BAU marketing and key events such as Cheltenham Festival & major football tournaments Be aware of market, competitor and industry trends and offers to help the business formulate the most appropriate marketing messages ensuring the customer is at the heart of everything we do Be aware of and understand appropriate legislation for relevant media channels e.g. Gambling Commission, Advertising Standards Authority and Senet Group to help ensure all activity is fully complian A key driver of refreshing the overall brand execution and tone of voice guidelines over time, to ensure that the Ladbrokes brand remains, relevant, contemporary, engaging and freshQualifications and Educational Requirements Degree level education preferableSpecialist Skills and Experience Required Experience in brand management and campaign planning Ability to develop strong working relationships with internal and third party service providers Creative with eye for design Robust internal stakeholder management capabilities Articulate with strong communication skills Highly organised and experience of managing multiple projects simultaneously An interest in sport and an understanding of betting & gaming will be an advantage
