KOL Mezcaleria is seeking a talented and enthusiastic bartender to join our restaurant family. With team members from all backgrounds, we share in our approach to deliver personality driven service in a relaxed and nurturing environment.

The Mezcaleria

Located in Marylebone in Central London, KOL Mezcaleria is inspired by classic bar experiences in Oaxaca, Mexico. The bar utilises the best of British ingredients and Mexican spirits with seasonal changing menus created by the team to reflect the bright fresh flavours of both countries.

 The Mezcaleria also serves an “antojitos” bar menu which showcases Chef Santiago Lastra’s take on traditional Mexican street food and delicacies from indigenous communities throughout the country.

 Bartender -  What We Are Looking For

 ·       A knowledge of classic cocktails and preparation techniques

·       A firm grounding in spirits and their production

·       An interest in seasonal and local produce

·       To communicate with guests about their beverage choices with humility, warmth and fluent English

·       A passion for food and service with a desire to create an incredible and intuitive bar & dining experience

·       The ability to work as part of a team of other talented waiters, managers, bar tenders and sommeliers

·       To be able to work under pressure with excellent attention to detail

·       Considerate individuals who love to learn

·       Immaculate personal presentation
