Our next chapter is devoted to protecting the future of live music; and empowering the next generation of musicians through the KOKO Foundation.  The new KOKO will include a broadcast & recording studio, roof terrace, dome cocktail bar, penthouse suite, radio station, a hidden speakeasy, vinyl rooms and a piano room, multiple sound stages, as well as physical and digital membership offerings.  

Job Summary.

We are looking for bartenders to join our fast-growing theatre team, responsible for the re-launch of the UK’s most exciting multi-use entertainment and hospitality venue.

  • Available to work late nights, weekends and holidays.

A bit about the role.

  • Preparing and serving drinks to guests.
  • Ability to serve spirit mixers, draught beer, simple cocktails and wines at a high volume.
  • Setting up the bar to the highest specification.
  • Maintaining high levels of cleanliness in the bar area.
  • Full menu knowledge for any queries.
  • Asses guests needs and make appropriate recommendations.
  • Processing payments using a POS system.
  • Comply and follow licensing regulations.
  • Attending daily service briefings, training sessions and monthly meetings.
