Our recruitment process:

For each camp we receive a large amount of applications for our Camp Managers and our other team members. We always aim to recruit staff who are local to our venues and due to our safer recruitment processes we are always able to select the best candidates worthy of being TEAM KOALA. Our selection process is rigorous and involves an in-depth interview and a task, to ensure the candidate has the correct skills-set. 

All of our staff undergo an enhanced disclosure check to work safely with children and undertake a specific training programme, so you can be sure that your child is not only benefiting from the best staff, they're also in safe hands.
