Assistant General Manager
Location: Cromer, North Norfolk
Salary: £25,000
Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant General Manager to join our stunning centre just outside of Cromer, North Norfolk to support the delivery of operations, profitability, performance and growth of the centre. The successful candidate will support the delivery of customer focused environment, and will drive the delivery of KPI’s, the company’s mission statement and strategic objectives.
About you
We are looking for a results driven, committed and hardworking individual that has the ability to motivate and enthuse teams. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator that is confident, and has great interpersonal skills.
We are looking for a candidate with a proven ability to deliver projects on time and to budget, and that has a good understanding of financial targets and budgets.
