Kingswood has long been a name associated with providing inspiring experiences for young people, through sports, art and outdoor activity. To help us provide these experiences, we’re currently looking for people like you, to work at our West Runton centre.

As a Team Leader you will be using your proven leadership skills to develop opportunities for your instructors, and equip them with the skills they need to become Kingswood’s finest. In turn we will provide you with ongoing support and training, the chance for further progression within Kingswood and opportunities for personal development. We also provide you a home on our beautiful centre, plus three meals a day.

What we are looking for:

• Safety conscious and trained to level 2 in H&S in the workplace
• Demonstrate NGB log book experience, and be working towards achieving NGB awards relevant to the role
• Flexibility, no two days are the same!
• Hold, or be willing to undertake a necessary DBS check.
