Summary

We require a graphic designer that can produce eye catching, innovative, compelling designs for digital and print collateral that adhere to our brand guidelines and work well across the whole organisation. The primary focus of this role is to design and develop ideas for digital and print campaigns as well as other online and offline projects, working closely with the senior designer, the marketing team and overall management.

About you

  • Fully proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office skills, and ideally has a basic knowledge of HTML
  • Photography and video editing skills desirable
  • A meticulous eye for detail
  • Can demonstrate creative concepts and design development
  • Stays up to date with current design trends
  • Flexible and able to multi-task numerous digital and print projects
  • Happy taking direction but also working on your own initiative and able to take on responsibility
  • Values being part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbally and written, and able to liaise with external suppliers
  • Works well under pressure and never fails to meet a deadline
  • 3-4 years of industry experience, with experience in design and production of B2B and B2C marketing materials
  • An enhanced DBS check will be required
  • Understand and comply with the company’s safeguarding policy
