Kitchen Assistant - Dearne Valley Centre - Doncaster, South Yorkshire

35hrs p/w - Fixed Term from 1st May 2018 to 31st August 2018 - 6 Positions available

We are looking to appoint a Catering Assistant at our Dearne Valley Centre to support the smooth running of our busy kitchen. The role will involves assisting in the preparation and provision of meals to large groups of children. Ensuring compliance with relevant Health & Safety and food hygiene requirements are followed as well as keeping the area clean and tidy.

About you

The successful candidate will have a positive attitude and commitment to providing nutritious meals and have experience working in a kitchen providing meals for large numbers. Basic food hygiene certificate would be advantageous as well as understanding health and safety procedures such as manual handling, safe use of machinery, COSHH and first aid.
