Group Sales Executive - Dearne Valley - Doncaster, South Yorkshire

Salary- £18,500 plus bonus potential up to £27,000 OTE

We are looking to recruit a Group Sales Executive at our wonderful Kingswood site Dearne Valley. As the Group Sales Executive you will be working with the business development managers deliver agreed sales target and KPI’s to support the growth, profitability and delivery of EBITDA of groups. Also to provide exceptional customer service and Product knowledge that will encourage party leaders to book with Kingswood.

Key responsibilities include

  • Deliver groups sales targets and KPI’s via professional outbound telesales calls/emails using a detailed contact list and sales action plan.
  • Maximise CN/revenue whilst minimising discounts.
  • Work with key stakeholders across the business to take full advantage of all sales opportunities.
  • Manage all communication, including responses to enquires, in professional manner and record information on CRM and booking system

The ideal candidate will have

  • Proven telesales experience
  • Experience of working towards targets

  • Ensuring up to date knowledge of competitor and market trends
