Senior Instructor - Dearne Valley, Doncaster

Kingswood has long been a name associated with providing inspiring experiences for young people, through sports, art and outdoor activity. To help us provide these experiences, we’re currently looking for people like you, to work at our Dearne Valley centre. Energetic and outgoing people, with excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing inspiring leadership.

As a senior instructor you will be using your proven leadership skills to develop opportunities for your instructors and equip them with the skills they need to become Kingswood’s finest. In turn we will provide you with ongoing support and training, the chance for further progression within Kingswood and opportunities for personal development. We also provide you a home on our beautiful centre plus 3 meals a day to boot.

What we need from you:

• Safety conscious and trained to level 2 in H&S in the workplace
• Demonstrate NGB log book experience and be working towards achieving NGB awards relevant to the role
• Flexibility, no two days are the same!
• Hold or be willing to undertake a necessary DBS check.
