Night Supervisor - Mercure London Watford, Watford

In this key varied role as Night Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction whilst operating within the company standards and maintaining a high level of safety.

You will need to carry out and record clock rounds, do regular car park patrols, maintain a high level of safety awareness, prepare and serve early breakfasts, prepare and serve room service orders and late night drinks.  Also, you will ensure all keys and monies are secure and charges are raised and posted to guests rooms as well as conducting any other duties to assist the overall Hotel Team.

Previous supervisory experience would be preferred within similar roles such as Nights, Front of House, Finance and Reception.
