The Hotel

Mercure Leeds Parkway is a 118 bedroom hotel with 17 event and meeting rooms just outside of Leeds next to Golden Acre Park

The position

Keeping the property looking at its very best by joining our maintenance team as a painter and decorator

Duties

• Prepare tools and equipment for the work ahead
• Prepare walls and surfaces
• Paint and decorate walls
• Tidy and clean equipment after use
• Other duties as required

Ideal candidate

Experience required.

This is a temporary position and we are able to be flexible on the hours to suit the individual.

To succeed the Maintenance Attendant will be computer literate, able to work as part of a team and on their own initiative with limited supervision.

Previous experience within similar job roles will be advantageous such as: Caretaker, Property Maintenance, Trades person, Tradesman, Handy person, Handyman, Plumber, Electrician, Groundsman, Painter, Decorator, Maintenance Assistant.
