Banquet Attendant - Mercure Maidstone Great Danes, Nr Maidstone

As Banquet Attendant you will be responsible for the following:

• working as part of a team to ensure the banqueting suite is presented to a high standard and consistently meets the Company standards and customer requirements;
• demonstrating knowledge and expertise of the contents of the food and drink menus and to convey this to all customers;
• providing a warm, friendly and efficient service to guests to create an ambience to suit the style of banquet and customers requirements;
• proactively selling to our guests from their arrival and throughout their experience with us.

Our Banquet Attendants are immaculately presented, discrete and have passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Full training will be provided so no previous experience is required.  However previous experience within similar job roles will be advantageous: Restaurant team member, Restaurant Attendant, Bar person, Bar Attendant, Barman, Cocktail, Waitress, Waiter, Food and Beverage team member, F&B team member, Food and Beverage Attendant, F&B Attendant, Waiting team member, Banquet Team Member, Banquet Attendant, Banqueting, Silver Service, Events Attendant, Events team member, Conference Banqueting Attendant.
