We are looking for a Sales Researcher to research all local or national sales leads for the Corporate and Meetings market.  They will actively convert sales leads into appointments leading to revenue for the hotel.

Key responsibilities

  • To maximise the revenue of the business centre
  • Carrying out competitor analysis, and knowing the competitors
  • Have a reasonable understanding of the daily, weekly and P&L results
  • Having a good product knowledge and a good knowledge of our competitors
  • Building productive and effective relationships with internal and external customers
  • To deliver department quality and service, ensuring it meets customer and business needs
  • To Ensure you provide a consistent attentive approach to meeting internal and external customer needs
  • Ensure you are kept up to date about all matters relating to your job, the hotel and the business

Candidates must be sales focused, great communicators, fantastic influencers, have a basic knowledge of hospitality and be able to work on their own initiative.
