As Chef De Partie (CDP) your flair for high standards of food preparation and superb presentation are called for as a kitchen supervisor.

Within the Chef De Partie (CDP) role, you will help run all food outlets across the hotel's kitchen, assist in the training and development of other chefs in good working procedures and take care of a broad range of other kitchen duties.

To succeed as Chef De Partie (CDP) you will have a good eye for detail, confidence to manage the kitchen and prepare and serve all dishes in line with Company specification.

Professional Cookery Level 3 / CDP apprenticeship standard (or similar) qualification will be advantageous together with previous experience within a similar role such as: Chef, Cook, Grill Chef, Army / Navy / Military Chef or Cook, Armed Forces Chef, Kitchen lead, Ship Cook, Ship Chef, Line Chef, Line Cook.
