We are looking to recruit a Cluster Finance Administrator based in Leicester, covering 4 Hotels in the Midlands.

                                                                           

  1. Mercure Leicester The Grand
  2. Mercure Bewdley
  3. Mercure Burton Upon Trent
  4. Mercure Norwich

                                                                                                                                                               

  • Must have previous finance experience.
  • Knowledge of Opera desirable but not essential.
  • Responsible for the hotels Sales Ledger.
  • Responding and clearing down of emails and dealing with account queries.
  • There will be some basic HR audit paperwork to complete, input & file, and a daily financial audit.
  • Bank reconciliations.
  • And any other administration duties that maybe required.
