MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Events), such as parties and weddings, take a lot of organisation to ensure everything goes smoothly on the day.

As C&E Sales Coordinator, based within the hotel, you will liaise with potential clients to show them how we can meet their needs. This will involve talking to them on the telephone as well as showing them around the hotel and meeting with them to confirm all the details of their event.  You may also be required to meet and greet the clients on the day of their event.

Your ability to build rapport with clients and your attention to detail to ensure nothing is missed will be essential to your success as C&E Sales Coordinator.  As this is a sales role you will be eager to spot opportunities to offer additional products or services which will make your client's conference or event a true success.

To succeed in this Sales role, you will be computer literate, organised and able to complete your own administration.

Previous experience in a customer facing sales position would be desireable.
