Motu Indian Kitchen, the delivery concept from multi-award-winning JKS Restaurants, is seeking talented and dedicated Indian & Pakistani Cuisine Specialist Chefs to create exceptional, high-quality dishes for their exciting take-away concept.

Motu serves indulgent home style Indian food, paying homage to the British love of a classic Indian takeaway. Rapidly expanding beyond our existing Battersea, Canary Wharf, Islington and Swiss Cottage locations in the coming months, Motu is eager to strengthen its kitchen brigade.

As an Indian / Pakistani Cuisine Specialist Chef, we will offer you:

Successful candidates will have:

• Eligibility to live and work in the UK
• Experience and knowledge of authentic Indian & Pakistani dishes;
• Working knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety;
• Great organisational skills with excellent attention to detail;
• Expertise in large scale volume production;
• Ambition and drive to develop your career in hospitality;
