JCA Activity Instructor - Nationwide

Does the thought of putting on a suit and sitting behind a desk get you down?

Are you ready to start your next adventure and climb your way to the top?

Our Activity Instructor/ Group Leader position will take you on a journey like no other!

Our instructors are the superstars of JCA, the kids will look up to you and see you as their hero – you’ll make sure that they’re safe and having an amazing time from breakfast to bedtime.

What’s on the adventure agenda?

With JCA no two days will look the same.  You’ll be the leader of the pack for activities such as fencing and archery in the sunshine, final shoot out at the laser quest and helping guests overcome their fears on the abseiling tower and aerial trek above the trees! Your top priority will be keeping your pack safe, and making sure everyone has the time of their life.

As you can imagine all of this adventure can be hectic but the smiles and cheers of the guests at the end of the day is why we say this is the best journey you will ever take.

We’ll give you all of the training, equipment and confidence to step up into your superhero status as well as the chance to continue this exciting career with us in a more senior role.

Pack your bags, your moving in!

Our leaders have the chance to live on site (so no boring commute to work!) All of your meals, uniform and training will be included.  You’ll live and breathe what it means to be an Activity Instructor/ Group Leader, and live alongside all of your new found best friends.  Our teams make friends for life and unforgettable memories.

The place you’ll call home is one of our UK adventure centres:

Mount Cook – Peak District

Croft Farm – Cotswolds

Mill Rythe – Hampshire

Rookesbury Park – Hampshire

Locals welcome!

If you already live near one of our amazing centres, don’t worry you can live off site.
