  • A Degree or Diploma in Social Media Marketing, Marketing, Business Studies or Advertising is preferred but not required
  • At least 2 years of experience in a social media executive or content creator role, with a strong track record of creating engaging content
  • Passion for food and social media
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and best practices
  • Proficient in creating video content
  • Experience using video editing tools and software, such as CapCut and Final Cut Pro
  • Excellent copywriting skills and ability to adapt writing style to suit different platforms and target audiences
  • Proven ability to think creatively and generate fresh and original ideas
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance itsu's brand presence and engagement on Instagram.
  • Create engaging and innovative video content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Keep up to date with the latest trends, algorithms, and best practices, particularly on Instagram and TikTok.
  • Assist the Social Media Lead in managing influencer collaborations and partnerships, ensuring alignment with our brand values and goals.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments and feedback on Instagram.
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Lead to ideate, plan, and execute social media campaigns and initiatives.
  • Generate monthly reports on social media performance, including key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of monthly content calendars to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content.
  • Write compelling and engaging copy that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design and operations, to align social media efforts with broader business objectives.

As our new in-house content creator you'll film, edit, and post industry leading social content on Instagram for both our innovative restaurant, and fast-growing grocery business.

It's an exciting, diverse role with loads of room for growth & development. One day you might be filming an exciting new restaurant dish, the next you could be shooting a delicious recipe video with an itsu grocery product.

You'll have your finger on the pulse when it comes to the latest trends and innovation in both the food and social media space & you'll be totally passionate about growing the presence of our brand on social.
