Our Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting in all aspects of running efficient, safe, and profitable sites whilst focusing on the company's key objective of giving our students their best year yet! This role is an amazing opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to really make an impact on our student's experience with IQ!

 

Being an Assistant Manager means making sure the students who stay with us always feel at home.

 

Key responsibilities:

Supporting the creation of a positive and memorable experience for residentsCompleting administrative tasks including logging of maintenance requests, filing and preparing notices and working with our student management system – StarezHandling and resolving customer complaints with a patient and understanding approachAssisting with management of the team and deputising in the absence of the Operations managerEnsuring compliance in line with health and safety standards Benefits
