Leicester’s newest and freshest hotel/apartment concept has arrived! Interstate Hotels & Resorts are proud to welcome the brand-new Novotel Leicester & Adagio Leicester to their portfolio.

This exceptional new-build will consist of a 154-bedroom luxury Novotel hotel and Adagio Aparthotel complex containing 98 high spec suites and will be part of the newly regenerated Waterfront area of Leicester. The property will also boast a destination restaurant, within the Novotel property, and will be set to be a culinary spectacle.

Interstate are now looking to start their recruitment process on behalf of the owners and are now looking to recruit experienced Reception Supervisors/Front of House Supervisors, that will be confident, efficient and passionate in the delivery of excellent customer service for the Adagio and Novotel.

Reporting directly to the Front of House Manager you will take responsibility in supporting various shifts on the Hotel Reception, which will involve key communications with both the Night Team, and Housekeeping.  The successful candidate will need to have a minimum of 1 years previous experience in a Hotel Front Office/Reception at Supervisory level.

We will be  looking for great personalities, confidence and great organisational skills to help drive this new hotel forward.

As Reception Supervisor/ Front of House Supervisor, your key tasks will involve the following:

  • Assisting the Front Office Manager to ensure effective delivery of sales and high standards of customer service.
  • To be able to perform Duty Management shifts, ensuring that all departments are fully staffed in accordance with daily/weekly business levels?
  • Ensuring clear and straightforward communication is maintained through the Front of House and all other Operational departments.
  • To be responsible for ensuring that there is a high standard of public relations with all guests, dealing with any complaints or compliments and reporting them to the Senior Management Team.
  • To be able to pull off daily/weekly reports relating to Front of House business levels?
  • All policies and procedures are adhered to in line with Company standards and Financial Audit Results.

    Experience within a 4* hotel reception is essential along with excellent computer skills.
