We are looking for a Commis Chef to join our busy and enthusiastic kitchen team.  Our ideal candidate will have a passion for working with people and be versatile in their role in providing Breakfast and Evening meals to our guests, whilst creating a great hotel experience where our guests can relax and be themselves.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Be polite, professional and friendly at all times to customers and colleagues.
• Ensure the highest level of customer care is adhered to at all times
• Demonstrate a can-do attitude towards customer and company requests and strive to exceed customer expectations
• Flexible working is required dependant on the business needs
• Acquire a good knowledge of all products in order to be able to advise customers and for ensuring that stock levels are maintained.
• Maintain a professional image and adhering to personal hygiene
• Actively gain customer feedback, passing information to  Food and Beverage Manager
• Prepare and serve hot and cold food to guests to company Brand Standards
• Attend all relevant training and team meetings
