Senior Operations Manager (Compliance) - Cannock Chase District, Staffordshire

About the role:

With a strong focus on the ensuring the compliance of the sport and leisure service within the Cannock Chase District the postholder will be the lead for ensuring the management of IHL’s venues and assets. This role is wide ranging and will deal with all aspects of facilities management in relation to contractor, utilities and environmental management, planned and reactive maintenance and asset lifecycle.

You will lead on development of the compliance framework within the service, taking into account the latest in legislation and best practice. This role will ensure that our venues are safe places for our staff to work in and customers to enjoy their leisure.

You will be technically minded with strong financial acumen, have high expectations of yourself and others with a proven track record. You will demonstrate a passion for innovation and bring new ideas forward for development.
