Full Time (39 hours per week)

Up to £40,000 pa (plus performance related bonus)

InspireAll is a charity specialising in the management of over 20 leisure facilities in Herts, Beds and Bucks.  We aim to lead the way in developing great destination cafes within our centres. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Group Food and Beverage Manager.

This is a new role within the management structure of InspireAll and requires the successful candidate to have a proven track record in Regional F&B Management.  Working with the brand partners to develop a top class service ranging from coffee and sports nutrition to kids food and adult dining while always giving exceptional value for money.  A hands-on barista, passionate foodie and service expert with great people skills is needed.

As part of the senior management team you will lead the catering operation.  Your role will be to build and manage a motivated team, deliver first class service, maintain standards and maximise revenue.

We are passionate about our centres and this is a real chance to show your skills by delivering fresh and healthy food along with outstanding customer service.  A real understanding on driving repeat sales and achieving targets is essential, as is an exceptional work ethic and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate must have NVQ Level 3 Food Management or similar industry qualifications, Level 3 Food Safety, food allergen trained and aware, experienced strong team leader, desire to progress and a proactive attitude.  They should have previous regional trainer or manager experience, a love and passion for great food, ideally an interest in sports and children’s nutrition and are able to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
