Sous Chef/ Pizza Chef - Bunga Bunga Battersea

We are a small and growing company with 10 existing and hugely popular venues. One of our original brands -Bunga Bunga in Battersea- are now looking to expand the team and are recruiting for a Sous Chef and a pizza chef who can work closely with the Head Chef and become a key player within the kitchen.

We are ideally looking for a Chef with experience within a high quality food led business who has knowledge of italian dishes and pizza. We require someone who has worked with fresh ingredients. NVQ levels 1 and 2 or above are preferable but not essential providing you have worked in a professional catering environment.

You must be:

  • Passionate about food
  • Experienced -ideally with 1 year working as a Sous Chef or pizza chef
  • Reliable
  • Self motivated
  • Disciplined in all areas of the kitchen
  • Able to work to brand as well as be involved with ideas
  • Have good kitchen hygiene and standards.
