Junior Sous Chef - Bunga Bunga Battersea, London
We are a small and growing company with 10 existing and hugely popular venues. One of our original brands -Bunga Bunga in Battersea- are now looking to expand the team and are recruiting for a Junior Sous Chef who can work closely with the Head Chef and become a key player within the kitchen.
We are ideally looking for a Chef with experience within a high quality food led business who has knowledge of italian dishes and pizza. We require someone who has worked with fresh ingredients. NVQ levels 1 and 2 or above are preferable but not essential providing you have worked in a professional catering environment.
You must be:
- Passionate about food
- Experienced -ideally with 1 year working as a Junior Sous Chef
- Reliable
- Self motivated
- Disciplined in all areas of the kitchen
- Able to work to brand as well as be involved with ideas
- Have good kitchen hygiene and standards.
