We employ people on a permanent, temporary and contract basis. Many of our clients go on to offer our temps and contract staff full time sales jobs. We have roles where you could be based in one location for the duration of your time with us and roles which involve spending a month at a location and then at another.

We’re looking for much more than just an average ‘sales advisor’. We’re looking for target driven, passionate, ambitious, confident, customer focused and self-motivated sales people with excellent interpersonal skills. Some experience of health clubs and the leisure industry is important but not essential, previous sales experience is however essential. More often than not, our clients’ need our sales teams to be able to go in and ‘hit the ground running’.

What will you need to do?

You’ll be required to communicate with potential, past and present members through a number of channels including phone, email and face to face interaction. You’ll also be required to carry out external sales and marketing activities and club tours.

We offer a basic salary of £15K +a very realistic and achievable OTE 30K per annum
