Brand & Marketing Director - About you 

  • Experience in running a busy marketing team at a high level
  • Experience in brand standardisation across numerous sites/properties

Aim of the Brand & Marketing Director role

To be responsible for all aspects of the marketing function across all Iconic Luxury Hotels including Central Reservations Office Management, Creative Briefs and Design, Team Management and PR strategy whilst ensuring that all communication internally and externally is on brand and is aligned to the ILH brand values and guidelines.

Responsibilities of the Brand & Marketing Director

  • Take ownership in running the Marketing & PR function throughout the entire portfolio
  • Able to manage a team of marketing and brand professionals to consistently hit key deadlines in the annual marketing plan
  • To be confident in writing and delivering the marketing plan for all hotels before presenting to the Commercial Director
  • Responsible for Social media management and strategy in conjunction with PR
  • Be passionate and creative in your approach and to be able to think outside of the box in order to deliver the brief whilst questioning the brand at all times
  • Constantly seeking new alternatives to stay ahead of the competitor set using your intuition
  • To be confident in delivering world class excellence at all times through marketing and PR while never compromising the brand
  • Ownership of digital strategy and driving interest through leadership
