Event Planning Executive: £33,000 + Service Charge

The Events Planning Executive is responsible to ensure guests are provided with the required services and assistance connected with their event experience to build long-term relationships and develop customer loyalty.

Some key elements of the Events Planning Executive role include:

·Accountable to handle enquiries with a focus on bedrooms, quoting hotel information, rates and availability to clients.

·Accountable to ensure enquiries are processed within the limits of Hyatt brand standards ensuring that processes and procedures are followed.

·Accountable for contracting business and conversion.

·To exclusively look after each event contracted, ensuring each booking is handled efficiently throughout the process of detailing event requirements and creating event orders.

·Accountable to conduct site inspections and meet with clients to discuss their requirements (this may include some evenings).

·Accountable to ensure that all details of a booking are accurately logged in Envision and comments are continuously update.

·Responsible for ensuring that all relevant method of payment is agreed with the customer as part of the contracting process and in line with PCI legal requirements.
