Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, the F&B Manager plays a vital role in the overall success of the hotel and collaborates with multiple departments including Culinary, Sales and Marketing.

Duties and tasks related to the Food & Beverage Manager role

  • Create a fun and positive environment within the team, passing on to them your passion and enthusiasm so they can wow our guests
  • Be creative and think outside the box. Bring your ideas to work and find new ways of developing and improving the department
  • Communicate and collaborate efficiently and assertively with other departments, suppliers and with your team. When working with multiple stakeholders, strong communication is key!
  • Be passionate about F&B, being present with your team and share your knowledge with them
  • Be a great leader, being able to multitask, delegate and assist when needed and having your team’s trust and respect
  • Develop the capabilities of the team and have succession plans in place, always thinking ahead and promoting personal growth
