About you
- Prepare, serve and clear away guest orders. Prepare mise en place as necessary. Look after guest requests or find someone who can.
- Have full knowledge of items served on the menu and buffet.
- Be fully aware of the different set-ups and be able to do them if necessary.
- Keep assigned station clean, with adequate supply of necessary materials.
- Communicate to the supervisor any guest complaints or time delays on food preparation.
- Inform supervisor of possible problems concerning any requirements, which may affect quality of service.
