About You

• Undertaking both responsive and planned maintenance of painting and decorating services
• Adopting a proactive approach by carrying out a regular walk round the hotel and grounds to ensure potential fabric repairs are dealt with promptly
• Undertaking work in relation to all types of wall papering, dry lining damaged walls and paint remove with appropriate equipment
• Liaising with Housekeeping and Hotel management team to carry out required painting, decoration and general maintenance duties
• Carrying out ad hoc maintenance, repair and installation work
• Preparing the area ready for decoration including the moving of heavy equipment i.e., fridges, filing cabinets, tables etc
