We are looking for Assistant Managers to help lead the team towards our goal of always giving exceptional customer service in relaxed and informal surroundings.
About the Pub -
The Hornet has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Manager. If you have great leadership skills and a positive can do attitude, we would be very interested in speaking to you. The Hornet is a newly built Hungry Horse pub, which opened in Spring 2014, located in Rochdale. It is decorated and designed to be vibrant, fun and funky to match the relaxed atmosphere of these venues. Our restaurant is well laid out for family dining with fantastic new booth seating with TV's in them plus our over 18's bar area to ensure everyone enjoys their visit with us. We are situated on a brand new development with new housing so this is ideal for families and locals to become our regular diners or just to simply enjoy a drink. Our daily food deals and drinks offers are always popular. We welcome a good mix of people from workers taking in a spot of lunch or a business chat to people enjoying breakfast before they head off for the day.

If you have experience in a quality, branded, high-volume food delivery outlet, this position of Assistant Manager may be what you are looking for to take the next step on the career ladder.
Hungry Horse is all about great customer service, great value and great people. So, if you are an experienced hospitality professional from restaurants or pubs, you will understand the importance of delivering exceptional customer service and being part of a fantastic team.
Your Key Responsibilities will be to support the manager in the effective running of the business, leading, motivating and inspiring the team whilst adhering to company policies and procedures.
You will need fantastic people and social skills, previous team management experience and a passion for delivering an excellent customer experience every time.
