Your role

As a Revenue Assistant you will report into the Revenue Manager with a dotted line into the Director of Revenue and Reservations for The Set Hotels. You will play a supportive role to the hotel Revenue Manager and Group Director of Revenue & Reservations with tasks such as data analysis, preparing pricing and inventory reports, monitoring and fixing rate parity across all channels, competitor and market analysis and rate loading

You will have a good grasp of numbers and be analytically minded, passionate about identifying and understanding key trends, risks and opportunities within the business to drive revenue and maximise profitability. A good understanding of Microsoft Excel is required and knowledge of systems such as Opera, Vision, Idea Revenue Management System or Synx is also beneficial.

Your profile

  • Ideally we are looking for somebody with a good understanding of the luxury 5* market in London, which could have been gained through the Reservations, Sales, Marketing or Front Office departments.
  • Good Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Opera, Vision, Idea Revenue Management System or Synxis will be advantageous.
  • Great communication skills and able to work flexible hours
