Learning & Development / (HR) Officer - Soho, London

As our business grows so too does our team and as such we are pleased to announce a new addition to our team and rare opportunity for a dedicated Learning & Development / HR Officer to join us here at Hotel Café Royal.

Hotel Café Royal enjoys an unrivalled setting, where the elegance of Mayfair, energy of Soho and sophistication of St. James combine. It's where history, culture, business and the stage are just steps away. That's one reason why, for 150 years, people who make a difference have made their way through these doors. Throughout the years, Café Royal’s motto has been, ‘employ the best of the best’ and today, as a luxury hotel of the 21st century, we strive to continue that tradition.

We are creating the modern Grand Hotels of our time, where guests feel they belong, and always wish to return. Unique properties, with an exceptional address, that capture the hearts and minds of our guests and colleagues and enhance the world’s most vibrant and alluring destinations. Through the ARTISTRY of our people: their combined talent, skills, expertise and flair for creating inspiring environments and individual experiences are what makes us BEAUTIFULLY COMPOSED.

Your role

As our Learning & Development / HR Officer you will become part of a dedicated team providing a specialist HR & Training Service to around 400 employees. Your passion to provide personalised colleague experiences, with detailed L&D / HR knowledge and confidence, is both assertive yet sincere. Your “voice with a smile” and commitment to anticipation, to deal with our colleagues in a professional and responsive manner, in keeping with the Hotel Café Royal’s history and hallmarks of exceptional quality and style.
