Operations Manager - London

Company Description

We currently operate 43 restaurants and one dark kitchen, with all our core food items made in-house at our Central Prep Kitchen. Majority of our restaurants can be found in key London locations. However, we also have restaurants in Reading, Windsor, Cambridge, Brighton, St Albans, Watford, Bristol, Cardiff, Leeds, Liverpool and Manchester.

Our menu is deliberately kept very simple to ease operational delivery and maximise quick table turn. We believe that our offer is very differentiated from our competitors due to high-quality beef patties which we like to serve pink, freshly made rosemary chips, different specials in each site based on collaborations with local suppliers, and an informal, friendly buzzy atmosphere in our restaurants, brought to life by our people.
