Phil and Tom started Honest Burgers from a marque in Brighton before opening their first restaurant in 2011 in Brixton Village. Their values were to not compromise on the quality of the food, and to have a simple good value menu. Some restaurants want to be all things to all people - we've always liked the idea of doing one thing well with good British produce. We are currently operating 18 restaurants in London, with ambitious expansion plans across the UK. Our food is prepared daily by our chefs at our very own central kitchen and delivered fresh to our restaurants. We have recently been awarded for ‘The Best Restaurant Operator’ and we are number 2 in ‘The Sunday Times Fastrack 100’.
