Holbrook Manor is a Georgian country house and health club set in 20 acres of lawned gardens and ancient woodlands on the borders of Somerset, Dorset and Wiltshire. 

Going through exciting renovations this year to become a new hotel, the health club is currently going through refurbishment. For our new Garden Café in the health club we are looking for Chefs to deliver our new Grab & Go concept and Spa Breaks, this is very focused on local produce, farmers and suppliers, as well as working with the Kitchen Team in the Manor House to support the weddings and events
