Holbrook Manor is a Georgian country house and health club set in 20 acres of lawned gardens and ancient woodlands on the borders of Somerset, Dorset and Wiltshire.

Going through exciting renovations this year to become a new hotel, the health club is currently going through refurbishment. For our new Garden Café in the health club we are looking for Supervisors / Baristas who work with the F&B Team(s) to deliver amazing coffees, drinks and hyper local food. The Garden Café will be open 7 days a week, but daytime only.
